From whence did the name come ?

Tennis bracelets are very fine, stylish wrist jewelry with the characteristic of having a symmetrical pattern of diamonds, they are also known as diamond bracelets. The name Tennis bracelet is related to the professional tennis player Chris Evert (1972 to 1989). She lost her diamond bracelet, designed by George Bedewi, during a match at the US Open. The clasp of the bracelet broke and because of this she lost the bracelet. Chris Evert asked for the match to be paused until her diamond bracelet was found.
