An exclusive handmade piece of jewelry deserves lasting care. Therefore, every piece of jewelry crafted by Hans Nagy Atelier comes with a lifetime maintenance service.

After the move to Marche-en-Famenne, the trusted service remains. You can choose between the main workshop, a Hans Nagy Service Day in Sint-Niklaas, or insured pickup via Micropakket.

All visits and intakes are by appointment only.

March-en-Famenne Workshop

The fastest and most complete service in the fully equipped main workshop. Minor repairs can often be performed while you wait.

Service Day Sint-Niklaas

A maximum of six times a year, Hans personally receives jewelry. The exact location will only be provided after a confirmed reservation.

Insured pickup

Have your jewelry picked up at home or at the office and delivered back insured via Micropakket for €38 including VAT.

In the fully equipped main workshop, you can come for inspection, professional cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and personal advice. Various small jobs can often be carried out while you wait.

Hans Nagy Service Days in Sint-Niklaas

A maximum of six times a year, Hans Nagy comes to Sint-Niklaas in person. Only the announced Service Day dates can be booked. All work is carried out afterwards in Marche-en-Famenne.

Insured pickup via Micropakket

You don't need to come to Sint-Niklaas or Marche-en-Famenne. Micropakket can pick up your piece of jewelry at home or at the office on a chosen workday. After the work is completed, it will be insured and sent back to your address.

€38 incl. VAT for pick-up and return

The price includes collection, insured transport, return shipment, and administrative processing. The collection will only be scheduled after the transport costs have been paid in advance. The carrier will arrive during working hours and cannot guarantee an exact time.

How is the insured value determined?

For creations from Hans Nagy Atelier, we use the registered purchase value. Jewels made entirely or partially from old gold are insured according to the pre-agreed value of the complete jewel.

Does the lifetime service apply to every piece of jewelry?

The lifetime maintenance service applies exclusively to jewelry crafted by Hans Nagy Atelier. Transport, shipping, and travel costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, chemical damage, drops, and third-party interventions are not covered by this service.

What if a paid repair is needed?

You will receive a price quote in advance. The repair will only be carried out after you have approved this quote.

New Service Days are first announced via our newsletter and will then appear in the online calendar. You can subscribe via the newsletter box at the bottom of the website.
