I have already written several things about jewelry, mainly wedding rings and engagement rings but of course the heading: "jewelry" includes much more than just wedding rings and engagement rings. Per culture you can really see big differences but there are 3 things that you always see in jewelry: something that gives protection, what has color and what has monetary value. As you could read in the main title from platinum to plastic is very characteristic of jewelry. Platinum is simply the rarest and most valuable metal and the opposite is thus without question the plastic jewelry, completely worthless however not always without danger! All precious metals are harmless to wear, silver even has a bactericidal effect. They already knew that in the time of Alexander the great who only drank water from his silver cup. Quality you pay or you pay the consequences

Saving is sometimes necessary especially with the skyrocketing costs that every European gets in his mailbox every day. However saving on jewelry always gives a disadvantage. Either you choose the 1 day's jewelry from supermarkets or clothing stores with the result that you ingest some more toxic substances or there is almost no gold or silver left in your jewelry. Jewelry is already massively eroded that in some cases it weighs even less than a gram! If you know that a ring should normally weigh at least 4 to 8 grams, then 1 gram is literally too little. These jewels can hardly be repaired and are sent directly to the melting table!

Moral of the story: Learn to appreciate jewelry better than the valmanship and creativity put into it. Choose solid passionate craftsmanship instead of 1 of so many then you will never be cheated.
